We feel immense happiness to inform you about the organisation "Shiasolution", how it came into existence and how it evolved into social network. Before, we begin to tell you much about us, we would first thank the Almighty Allah(GOD) whose mercy and blessings has enabled the organisation to keep the pace with the new requirements.

Idea behind shiasolution

It takes millions of years to work on any project but success of that project depends upon the quality, logical backing and fine thinking

Our very goal behind shiasolution is to create an online community of intellectual and serious peoples who are always ready to discuss, debate and work for cause. This predetermined goal behind shiasolution stems from the fact that nothing in the world can be resolved unless there is a serious amount of thinking, discussion about that particular subject. So is the case true with religion. Therefore, we tried to encapsulate this theme into online form and launched our first website on free service provided by "dailyforum".

Initial days of Shiasolution

We started with very few resources at our hand or better if we say negligible resources and launched our first website with url http://www.shiasolution.dailyforum.net (do not exist now). It was launched on 20th November,2007. Within one month we have got 45 members and good amount of support from different part of world. Later in the corporate meeting with our Chief Administrator " Abbas Qaseem", we understood very early the danger and limitation attached with free hosting though it was working very fine. Consequently, we decided to purchase our own hosting so that if the site had some good future then it should not see the obstacles in its growth. This decision led to the deprecation of "Free Website hosted at Dailyforum" and led to the purchase of Hosting account from Bluehost. We have chosen bluehost among other host because of some striking features they were promising to provide and indeed they provided too. One feature which was very much pressing need at that was to get the maximum space, unlimited bandwidth with as competitive price as possible..and finally we got our good hosting partner[Bluehost.com]

Purchase of New Hosting account and domain( http://www.shiasolutio.org )

On 5th January,2008 we finally purchased the unlimited hosting account with bluehost.com and within a span of one week we migrated all our previous data from old website to this new website. Believe me it was both happy and sad moments for us as for happiness we have got our own server and domain (http://www.shiasolution.org) and we were sad because we lost almostly 67 members from our old website as there were no tools available to export the old users database. Since then the site struggled for two months to get back on track and eventually got the pace. New members were frequently visiting the site and oftenly participate into discussions. With the arrival of new year 2009, we have only 140 members which was really a dissappointing result for us as compared to old site which had got 65 members in just one month. Hence again the core team (Group of Administrators, Moderators and other personalities are collectively termed as Shiasolution Core team) decided to understand the causes behind the low popularity of site and why dont users stay at site more than few minutes. There were many expert opinions presented by our team members like Abbas Qaseem, Qudsi Rizvi, Shiabelievers, Zohdi Rizvi, to name a few. With survey and polls results it was deduced that the site hadn't good interface, cool features to bind users to site, and good interactivity among members. So we again thought to do some re-engineering of shiasolution....

Re-engineering the whole site and building an enterprise level solution for whole organisation

Since April 2009, we began our project of enhancing Shiasolution with new features and did a lot of good research on how could we better optimise "Shiasolution" so that it got a good image in the mindset of users and at the same time satisfies both their and our goals. So we searched Google and other repositories and through our programming inventory we started our "Beta Designing of Shiasolution". We first created the basic framework for users and then slowly added new modules and applications. The final result of all these operation was really fabulous and is this where you are reading this article. Yeah! this is what we and users were dreaming of since we have realised our shortcoming in old website.There are lots of features created like blogs, forum,music, apps, games, communities(groups), etc. and still there are works going on...

Future of Shiasolution and where we want it to head towards

Though, it is difficult to predict how the things will shape up in the near future but yeah we have some pre-determined objectives and goals to be achieved from this website. The primary goal is to let peoples to come close to each other, better understand the need and philosophy of religion and finaly mould them into a better human-being. Secondly, we want this website to become a one point for every solution. Still it is in beta phase and it need lots of improvement in look and feel. We are antipating a huge turnover of users here and hence continuously thinking to provide the better we can!
